New Site Ready to Help Sewing World

Pincushions Galore, devoted to sewing notions, has launched its website. The new ecommerce site offers a variety of ways for sewers and crafters to keep organized.

"There have not been enough choices to suit me," said Marie Woodland, founder of Pincushions Galore. "For years, if you wanted a pincushion, the tomato was it. But what if that wasn't right for you? Today, there are more types to choose from, but for me, it's still not enough."

The solution was to start making her own pincushions. Ms. Woodland began by selling them at craft shows in the Philadelphia area. When the opportunity came to open a website, she jumped at the chance. "Now I can reach so many more people with Pincushions Galore. And I don't have to worry about if it's going to rain."
